Mayor Curtis Hardwick called to let us know about an antenna on a stop sign at the corner of Guthrie Street & Jamestown Street, in the upper left side of the photo which, he said, is a mystery to the City of Columbia Police. He - and we - would like very much to know who put it there and it's purpose. - EW. Photo taken around 3pmCT, Monday, August 1, 2016.
