Workers load staw bales of straw on to a waiting flatbed semi on Thursday afternoon, June 23, 2016 - Harvest Day in Coburg. It took 17 people to get the straw from field to the big red barn on Griffin Springs Road, near Columbia Utility District's Adair County Water Treatment Plant, and to barn on the Mitchell Burton place. There were 12 from Stotts Construction and five from the John Arnold Farms. The work was done during a heat wave in Coburg, with only a few clouds hinting at the lightning and thunder storms which would come just a few hours later. Paired Photo.
