Motorcycle following tenth of mile riderless travel

Friends of Jeffrey Lawhorn rolled his blue Yamaha motorcycle to the Bread of Life Cafe' parking lot after the owner was thrown from the cycle and it continued northward for approximately one-tenth of a mile before coming to a rest on the grassy bank on the opposite side of the road. Casey County Deputy Sheriff Jamie Walters, who investigated the collision of the motorcycle with a 2006 Buick LaCrosse sedan, said that it appeared the motorcycle had sustained only cosmetic damage.
