Pay It Forward Day's official in Columbia/Adair County

2016-04-28 - Courthouse annex, Columbia, KY - Photo By Ed and Linda Waggener.
Thursday, April 28, 2016 is officially Pay It Forward Day -- promoting community spirit through acts of kindness, doing good deeds for others without asking for anything in return except that the goodness be passed on. Adair Countians already do so much for each other that our place is known as a really nice place to come home to. Adding the proclamation helps spread the idea, hoping this year for 10 million acts of kindness around the world. At the signing were from left: Greg Gover director of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes; Dwight Sears, Jr., Kentucky coordinator for TEAM USA Pay It Forward Day; Adair CJE Michael Stephens; Columbia Mayor Curtis Hardwick; and Tiffany and Eddie Kessler with their son Kasey Blue in his arms.
