Where in the World Is It - Reader submitted puzzler

2016-04-20 - ????? - Photo By Junior Stotts, traveler.
Junior Stotts sent this photo to ColumbiaMagazine.com with the note: "Be the first to guess where it is at and win a prize." Now, that prize probably is at least a pretty good breakfast for one, but we don't vouch for it - that's between the winner, the good Lord, Bro. Stanley, and Junior Stotts. It should be considered a bonus to the bigger thrill of the fame of knowing something. No one at CM knows. But we do know Junior ranges over a big territory from The Flatwoods and sometimes Columbia, down to Picnic and Bird Ridge, over to Breeding and down into parts of Cumberland County, where he and his boy are currently building a major water pipeline. The barn likely has a historical significance, if that is any hint. Respond using the Comments button with this photo. Tell where it is, maybe who built it, what, if anything makes it historically significant. - ED WAGGENER
