Sleep Inn, Holladay Place: Stage of Construction 14 Mar 2016

2016-03-15 - Sleep Inn, Holladay Place, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener, CM photo.
One can almost see the Columbia-Adair County Airport courtesy car from Don Franklin Ford pull up to check in at the new Quality Inn Hotel in Holladay Place, Columbia, KY. Or perhaps a Canadian Tour bus or two and maybe the Horse & Buggy Parking area - does any other hotel have this? - will be filled. It's an exciting time in New Columbia/Greater Bliss right now, with this construction, a new Hardee's underway just south of it in Holladay Place, and the Pinewood Shopping Center soon to get seriously underway on the Northeast Corner of Burkesville Road and Edmonton Road, just outside the City Limits.
