Mt. Carmel United Methodist was well stocked and ready for Treats on the Town at 3:45pmCT. From left, Linda Garner, Courtney Grant and Jessica Wilkinson, and the Pastor, Bro. Lanny Garner. Moments later, there was a full stream around the square. Downtown was shut off to vehicles at 3:45pmCT. Treats on the Town is 4pm-7pmCT. - EW. (Got some Halloween photos you like to share?
