Update: Prudence Hutchison Westholm guessed the family and the street in the photo. See her letter by clicking Read More. Mitzi Bault notes that these are the first four of E.P. & Audrey Chelf Waggener's children, at their home in the 100 block of Jamestown Street. "From left," she writes, "are by mother, Helen Fay Waggener McKinley; my aunt Wilma Jean Waggener Cravens; my aunt, Annette Waggener Richards; and Uncle Arthur Lee Waggener, the only one of Mom's Sib's no longer living."
