Big Al's I'm about-to-have-a-crawfish-platter at Saints & Sinners grin, captured by an Inocent Bystander as he rode, windowlight open on the way to Bourbon Street on his recent visit there. He's already enrolled in the plan to permit legal sales of alcoholic beverages in Columbia. He may come home with a plan for trolley lines in Columbia. For sure, he says, somebody in Columbia ought to be able to serve crawfish platters, even if they have to be imported from Arkansas.
