Mourning bunting shrouds the sign at the Jamestown Street entrance to Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, in memory of Sgt David Gibbs, who died in a collision on KY 210 just past the Green County line in LaRue County. Sgt. Gibbs was an 18 year veteran of the KSP, and was scheduled for a promotion to Lieutenant at the time his life was cut short. - CM
