Tom Frazier: Anti-tax activist, addresses Adair Fiscal Court

Tom Frazier, above, was the keynoter for a group which spoke to Adair Fiscal Court in opposition to new taxes. He said that his group will be circulating a petition in opposition to a tax which CJE Mike Stephens suggested in an earlier meeting.. Third District Magistrate Sammy Baker and Fifth District Magistrate Billy Dean Coffey voiced statements sympathetic to the exploration of possible sources of new revenue streams. Frazier spoke in the Citizens Comments segment of the meeting.
