2015-07-04 - Howards Bottom, Cumberland County, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. Hundreds more are needed as cash strapped county governments sell their county's birthrights for short term gain. The struggle is not only in Adair County, KY, where use of herbicides and tree manglers change whole neighborhoods from ready-made agri-tourism attractions to desolation, but in many surrounding counties as well. This sign is in Cumberland County's idyllic Howard's Bottom area. - EW
