Homeplace Volunteers get things ready for Antique Tractor/Plow Day

Homeplace on Green River volunteers worked at Homeplace on Green River today preparing for Saturday’s antique tractor show and plow day. Working on repairing a gate in the area for the horses and mules involved in the plow day are,from left, Mike Caldwell, Homeplace board member from Taylor County and Adair County board members Joe Payne and Bill Coleman. The festivities will be 9am-1pmCT/10am-2pmET Saturday, June 20, 2015. The show will be held rain or shine and there is no admission charge. There will be food vendors and other activities. Homeplace is located at 5807 New Columbia Road (Highway 55) between Columbia and Campbellsville just north of the Green River crossing.
