Taylor Co. Library honors Hometown Heroes



2015-06-12 - Taylor County Library, 1316 E Broadway Street, Campbellsville, KY - Photo by Joan C. McKinney. Taylor County Public Library hosted "Hometown Hero Night" June 11, 2015. Heroes honorees included from left: front row - Dr. Candace Hansford, associate professor of social work at Campbellsville University; Dr. Summer Tucker, Tucker Family Medicine; Dee Doss, Campbellsville High School teacher; Pat Thompson, Campbellsville police department chief; Jane Wheatley, chief executive officer at Taylor Regional Hospital, member of Campbellsville University Board of Trustees and a 1995 graduate of CU; and Ray Hollenbach, author and 2004 graduate of CU. Back row - Dr. Michael V. Carter, president of Campbellsville University; Ray Magers, Campbellsville-Taylor County Emergency Medical Services director; Kyle Smith, Campbellsville Fire Chief; and Max Wise, Ky.
