Why CM was so good 9 Jun 2015 CM: Hailey, Ev were here

2015-06-10 - CM HQ, Columbia, KY - Photo by Granddad.
If you noticed that the Tues 9 Jun 2015 Daily News edition of ColumbiaMagazine.com was far to superior to any others, it was because we had professional help. Hailey, above, was here and sublimated her own interests to those of the magazine, as did her older brother, at this time on work break for a birthday mission with his Mema, Linda Waggener. Hailey almost got us to Green River Animal Shelter to see the kittens and puppies, got just a bit anxious about the Hardscratch/Egypt bear, but insisted on another news foray which also didn't happen, to look for 'wolf-ses" out by Green River Lake. She was not particular about whether she saw one of the gray wolves or the Russian Red wolves reported there, and whose official purpose she was told, is to thin out the deer population. As always, the visit was cut far too short because Hailey had to get back to Shelbyville, to get in more practice time for going to pre-school, and Ev faces a short summer vacation packed with close-to-pro soccer. Older brother Graham let a visit to the Toyota plant in Georgetown trump a visit to Columbia. Grands are waiting that report. Probably a correct call on Graham's part - it was a huge day - but he missed a visit from Cousin Mitzi and her kid and uncle & aunt fascinating open air little red 2003 Pontiac Solstice. Just some background information internal happenings at CM. (Hailey and Ev's Dad, Pen, was here, and truth be known, he multitasked and posted so much that may have been the reason we ennjoyed CM so much.) - GRANDDAD, Ed Waggener. PS - An aside, during the day Hailey completed a story book about God, to trade to her Great Mema, Geniece Marcum, in exchange for a tea set. She would not read the manuscript to the rest of us.
