The Vote from Ozark arrives with Glenna Shofner, Gail Flatt

2015-05-20 - Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, CM photo.
Glenna Shofner and Gail Flatt brought in returns from the Ozark Precinct, which votes in the Leon Huff Building, 7692 Russell Springs Road, Columbia, KY. Their fellow officers are Lois White, and Joyce Evans. The packet contained few surprises. It was a James Comer precinct. Comer received 61.69% of the votes in the most watched race of the night, for the Republican nomination for Governor; statewide winner Matt Bevin received 16 votes; Hal Heiner 13.73% and Will T. Scott, 1%. Democrat Jack Conway won a very solid 88% of the vote, taking 22 of the 25 votes cast in the precinct. - EW
