Information please "I bought this wind chime at goodwill back around Christmas. It has the Courthouse,the old Columbia High School,the Miller Hotel,Col. William Casey home, and the Janice Holt Giles home. All of this is engraved on a metal plate. Has anyone ever seen one of these if so when was it made? Penny a friend of mine, wanted me to show you this and see if you could get some information." - FRANCES SALYERS.
