Former CJE Richard L. Walker requests chance to properly thank Gov. Beshear

CJE Stephens asked the Governor if Judge Walker could speak and the Governor agreed. In the public meeting, Mr. Walker thanked Gov. Beshear for the progress in Adair County during his administration, including the KY 61 improvements from KY 61 (the "Dropping Off Place" - CM) to Antioch. Judge Walker said that the Governor had never been formally thanked with a dedication ceremony and he wanted the public to know know that the people of Adair County were finally were doing so. - LARRY SMITH, Operations Manager, Shoreline Communications
