Adair County High School headed for State competition

Adair County High School's Future Business Leaders of America had another successful year, and the chapter is heading back to State Competition. They will be competing at KY State Conference for FBLA in Louisville, KY at the Galt House on April 20-22, 2015. At FBLA Six Regional Competition this past Friday, March 13, 2015, at EKU, Elija Jackson placed in two different categories: Computer Problem Solving 3rd place and Digital Video Production 2nd place. Lawrence Glandorf and Leonardo Media Were also on the Digital Video Production team and placed second. ACHS won 2nd place in Sports and Entertainment Management with competitors being Andrew Grant and Noah Polston. Also, ACHS Placed in Management Decision Making with Grant Cockerham, Daniel Corbin, and Cole Schmidt winning third place. All of the other participants that competed in this competition were Issac Carter, Samantha Choate, Nathaniel Franklin, Kayla Garrison, Dayana Perez, Mason Pyles, Michael Ratliff, Aaran Taylor, and Chdara Wheat. - Shamarie Claiborne, Media Publicity Director, AC School District
