ACPC goes past Pennies for Patients goal of $3,000

2015-01-29 - Adair County Primary Center, 158 Col. Casey Drive, Columbia, KY - Photo by Patty Jones, Principal.
Reese Bardin is pictured with the "Goal Poster" for Adair County Primary Center's recent Pennies for Patients campaign to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The school set a goal of $3000 and topped it by raising $3,361.00 to donate to the group. This effort started for the school at Col. Wm. Casey three years ago when Blane Bardin, Reese's brother, was a first grader. Blane is a leukemia survivor and one of our own local heros. Thanks to Reese for keeping the spirit alive at ACPC now that Blane has moved on to ACES!! Thank you to all of our students, parents and community members who donated and supported this worthy cause. - Patty R. Jones, Principal, Adair County Primary Center, 158 Col. Casey Drive, Columbia, KY 42728
