Eastview woman, 63, is missing

ELIZABETHTOWN, KY - The Hardin Co. Sheriff's Office is asking for help from the public in locating a missing Eastview woman who suffers from serious medical conditions. Patty Helm (63) left her residence on Meeting Creek Road, in Eastview, Hardin County, KY this morning around 10:30amET. She is believed to be operating a tan 1997 Toyota 4Runner bearing Ky. registration 842-HHL. Mrs. Helm suffers from Parkinsons, Alzheimers, dementia and cannot speak. The family believes she is wearing a red shirt with blue pants and white shoes. She is described as a white female, 5'5" tall and 180 lbs. and is dependent on a cane when walking. She has shoulder length brown hair and wears glasses. Anyone with any information is asked to call the Hardin Co. Sheriff's Office at 270-765-5133 or the Kentucky State Police at 270-766-5078.
