Circuit Judge Judy Vance administers the oath of Office for Adair County Regional Jailer Joey White, on a Bible held by Trey Stephens, with his wife, Elizabeth Burton White, by his side holding his daughter. Behind the baby is White's mother, Marci White. His father, Bro. Terry White, was unable to attend. The photo was taken Sunday, 4 Jan 2015, at the Adair Judicial Center. The oath was ceremonial, as White had official been sworn in earlier to assume the unexpired term of his predecessor, Rick Wilson, who retired effective 31 December 2014.
