Derick Kisita is newest member of Columbia Rotary Club

2014-12-09 - Cranmer Dining Center, 430 Helen Flatt Drive, Columbia, kY - Photo by Ellen Zornes.
Derrick Kisita, right, is the newest member of the Columbia Rotary Club and makes our local club a truly international club. Derrick is from Uganda, Africa and a student at Lindsey Wilson College majoring in Christian Ministries. He is very involved in the Uganda Counseling and Support Services (UCSS) whose mission is to improve the quality of life and spread God’s love to people in remote communities of Uganda by providing social services, counseling and spiritual development - one community at a time. UCSS is using a holistic approach that addresses clean water, medical care, education, economic development, counseling and spiritual development. Greeting him is Rotary Club President Hunter Durham. - Ellen Zornes Paired photo, see also: Hannah Hayduk, Rotary Exchange student, speaks to Rotary
