Felicia Lasley,
was in the Adair County Annex to hear her the news that her husband, Craig Lasley, is a newly elected member of the Columbia City Council. At right, Fletcher Bell was keeping vote totals for Neal Sneed for radio station WAIN. Craig Lasley, who finished just a few votes from a seat on the Council in the 2012 election, moved up to the Number 5 spot this year, to join Craig Dean. Charles Grimsley, Mark D. Harris, Ron Rogers, and Linda Waggener on the Columbia City Council. Former Mayor Curtis Hardwick led the balloting for Mayor of Columbia, a position he has won three times before. - CM
