IJFASN's printed in Halloween color this week

2014-11-02 . The very popular It's Just for a Smile News had a Halloween motif this week, and a timely story on knowing when you're too old to go Trick or Treating. The papers may all be gone now. Over 3,500 are printed each time, and they are quickly scooped up. Found this one in an office downtown, and had someone try to 'borrow' it before the day was over. The publication is owned by South Central Printing and is written by my brother, Ralph Roy Waggener. We're avid readers, but IJFASN and ColumbiaMagazine.com are strictly independent, though we're proud of it at CM. - EW
