2014-10-31 - Jim Blair Center, 901 Hudson Street, Columbia, KYl - Photo by Linda Waggener. CM photo. Traffic in and out of the Jim Blair Center was blocked. just before he doors were opened at the Jim Blair Center. The transition to the alternate venue had very snags, though at this stage there was a queue outside the venue. Treats on the town is scheduled to continue until 7pmCT, tonight, Friday, 31 Oct 2014. - Linda Waggener
