Horse art is a theme at this house

2014-10-12 - Fortune Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. When Linda went to a big dress up occasion at work, she work an oversized gold pen, part of a collection of horse memorabilia my mother-in-law, Geniece Marcum's collection. The photo is in front of a treasured horse art print Mrs. Marcum dearly loves. Mrs. Marcum picked up on her great granddaughters love of horses, and almost always shares a beloved toy with them when they visit her in Columbia. Today, there isn't room for a real pony for Hailey and Tillie at our mighty fertile 1-acre urban farm, but fortunately, our neighbors, the Arnold's always have some beautiful horses of their own or animals boarding at Roseland Plantation for the little girls to enjoy when they visit. - EW
