Greg Eastham: Recommendation on L. Hancock Bridge ok'ed

Consulting Engineer Greg Eastham presented his findings on problems with the L. Hancock Bridge at last night's Adair County Fiscal Court meeting, using simple explanations about the hydrological problems facing the 10 year old structure. His recommendation, that the bridge be kept open, with signs posted warning of three-ton limit, and that the span be monitored on a monthly basis, was unanimously adopted by the court.
