J T Stearns was honored, after 27 years of dedication to the utilities of Adair County, with a luncheon and plaque from Columbia/Adair Utilities District. Shown presenting the plaque are Commissioners David Jones, Tim Baker, Retiree JT Stearns, Commissioners Barry Stotts and Rudy Higginbotham. Chairman Robert Flowers was present earlier, but had a prior meeting at the time of the picture. General Manager Lenny Stone, Commissioners and staff wish J T all the best.
