Adair County Fair Banners are going up! - Billy Pickett told me he's been in the Adair County Jaycees since the early 70’s and was there when the Jaycees took over the fair from the V.F.W. After all those years have passed you can still find him and many others doing the seemingly little but absolutely essential behind the scene items that pulls the fair together every year. - Greg Thomas
