Birds of KY: The Vulnerable among us

One would expect to sit peacefully on the back porch today; however, these baby birds prohibited a quiet moment. They screamed for their mother who continuously dive bombed, driving me to shelter. The dog even ran to his house. These babies are not vulnerable and I do not even know what kind of bird that they are. The delighted mother bird saw that the coast was clear and fed the babies bugs and worms. - CELIA DOWNEY
