Comeback Kid: Terry Hadley wins in Adair 7th

2014-05-21 - Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. Terry Hadley avenged a 2010 defeat by Magistrate Billy Rowe, reversing the order in 2014. Hadley received 44.90%, 352 votes, to incumbent Magistrate Billy Rowe's 39.92%, 313 votes; and Chad Moore's 15.18%, 119 votes. Hadley served one term as the 7th District Magistrate 2007-2011, before losing to Rowe. He faces another former Magistrate, Democrat Terry Farris, in the November 4, 2014, General Election. Hadley's father, the late Ben Hadley, was also an Adair County Magistrate, serving in the Third District as a Democrat. - EW
