2014-05-13 - E Fortune & Reed Streets, Columbia, KY - Photo by Tammy Stotts. It's tedious work on the 100 block E. Fortune Street work in, under, over and around a maze of other utilities buried on the street, home to two telephone exchanges, as well as residences, but hometown firm, Stotts Construction Co., Inc. made great headway Monday, May 12, 2014. They will be working in the same area Tuesday. Above, on the mini excavator is Barry Stotts; in the ditch digging is Billy Crew and Richie Nanney. On the sidelines is Joe McGeorge, inspector for Monarch Engineering and Stotts employee Doug Melton. from Tammy Stotts
