Nancy Cozby, Little Cake, Adair Co. , KY (1945-2014)

2014-05-12 - 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY - Photo from Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
Nancy Cozby (1945-2014) died early Sunday, May 11, 2014 at her home on Little Cake Road in Columbia, Kentucky. She fought a long and hard battle with cancer after being diagnosed more than two years ago. She was a native of Texas, and moved to Adair County, KY, eight years ago with her husband, Gerald Holt. Despite her own problems, she always managed to lend warmth and enouragements to others. A testament to her humanity was the her way with animals and the family suggests that instead of sending flowers, friends might consider a contribution to an Organization Nancy believed in, GRAWL, the Green River Animal Welfare League, PO Box 298, Columbia, KY 42728. The family plans a memorial service on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 4pmCT, at their farm on Little Cake Road with a reception and dinner to follow the service.
