Dakota Meyer Enterprises had the retaining wall project at this terraced stage, awaiting better weather to pour the concrete for prevent further erosion of the steep hillside behind the Columbia/Adair County Wastewater Treatment Plant on Tuesday, May 6, 2014. The barn in the top of the frame is on Wall Street. more than a mile away by road.
