Smith & Reed Aerial view: Lindsey Wilson, showing new dorm

2014-04-20 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Larry Smith, The WAVE 92.7. With Alan Reed the steady pilot - Larry Smith was able to get this shot of Lindsey Hill with the Columbia/Adair Utilities District water tower as a centerpiece. Using it as a the center, the road at 6:30 (or parallel to it) is a Lindsey Wilson Street with the hill looking not nearly so steep as it really is; at 3 o'clock is the massive Health & Wellness Center. and the new construction at 4 o'clock is the top of the new residence hall now under construction by the Walter S. Reuling Stadium. Notice the big expanse of Green which includes the Columbia Christian Church park and the Trabue Woods between the campus and Downtown. The green theme continues with the roof top at 4 o'clock. - CM
