2014-04-18 - Russell Springs Hwy. near Russell County line, Adair County, KY - Photo by Larry Smith, The WAVE, FM 92.7 radio. The newest water storage tank in the Columbia/Adair Utilities District, on KY 80, the Russell Springs Hwy, has a fresh coat of paint and is newly lettered. The location is near the Russell County line, tucked in between KY 80, Gentry Mill Road on the west, and the Bethlehem Separate Baptist Church in Russell County. It is scheduled for to go online, following inspections and turn on of pumps no later than mid May 2014. - Photo Thursday, April 17, 2014, by Larry Smith, the WAVE, 92.7 FM
