WWII Veteran Ralph Lewis & wife will take part in Jesus Walk

2014-04-14 .
Ralph Lewis, a WWll veteran and full-time farmer with Clarice, his wife of 68 years, and their granddaughter Kaylee Sanders are excited to participate in Jesus Walk. They will be supporting and encouraging the walkers with a water station. They will be set up around the Flat Woods area. We are thankful for their support. "For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward" Mark 9:41. The Jesus Walk: We will meet at the Municipal Parking Lot at the Intersection of Merchant & Campbellsville Streets, Good Friday, April 18 at 8:30amCT. All are welcome to participate in all or part of this 10 mile journey to Sparksville Baptist Church. There will be a truck and trailer traveling with us for those who want to participate but are unable to walk or for those who need a break from walking. We will be going around the square, up Jamestown hill, Bomar Heights, turning left on 61S towards Walmart, then onto Sparksville Baptist Church. There are other ways to participate, prayer support and encouragement along the route would be a blessing.
