Autism Awareness display at Katie Murrell Library



2014-04-08 - Lindsey Wilson College, Columbia, KY - Photo by Greg Blair. Autism Awareness is being promoted this month at the Katie Murrell Library, 210 Lindsey Wilson Street, Columbia, KY, and throughout the community! Library Staff Greg Blair and Kim Hamlett, and Work Study Chris Wilson, have just completed a colorful, public display including information and material about autism. Events include a 5K Run/Walk (and 1 Mile Fun Walk) this Saturday, April 12, 2014, 8amCT, at the Holloway Health and Wellness Center, 299 Williams Street, on the Lindsey Wilson College Columbia campus. The Second Annual Autism Awareness Show is set for next Saturday, April 19, 2014, from 4pm-9pmCT) at the Jim Blair Center, 901 Hudson Street, Columbia, KY. The event will include music, an indoor yard sale, and a "silent" cake auction.
