Group with portrait of Creed Haskins

With oil portrait of Creed Haskins, a found of Columbia, KYFront, from left Shelby Wilds, Juanita "Jean" Mitchell, Dr. Ron & Elsie Hatcher; back row from left Lloyd Wilds & Laura Wilds; Richard Phelps, and Mike Watson. Greg Thomas of Columbia, KY, was the photographer. Occasion: Richard Phelps, Greg Thomas and Adair County Historian Mike Watson met in Campbellsville in the home of Juanita "Jean" Mitchell for the photographing session. Also attending were Creed Haskin decendants Dr. Ron & Elsie Hatcher of Bowling Green, KY, back left, Ron Hatcher was the first to learn of the existence of the portrait several months ago. Mrs. Mitchell's daughter Laura Wilds and husband Lloyd Wilds and their daughter Shelby Wilds were also present for the meeting. Shelby Wilds is the great, great, great, great, great, great granddaughter of Creed Haskins a founder of Columbia, KY. A photograph of the portrait is now on display at the Adair County Public Library.
