Baby daffodils

Daffodils are my favorite flower, right before lilacs so I couldn't resist stopping on South Monroe Street in Columbia behind Columbia United Methodist Church to take this photo. These are baby daffodils and were shining brightly in the Saturday sunshine. They haven't been tested yet to see if they also have that incredible sweet, gentle aroma of the old fashioned ones, but the look is perfect. Whoever planted them has my thanks!
