Court Approves Electrical Inspection Fees

2014-03-12 - Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo Chart by Coy Neat. Adair County Electrical Inspector Coy Neat's contract with Adair Fiscal Court was approved unanimously last night, Tuesday, March 11, 2014 in Adair Fiscal Court. A separate contract is being drafted for Chris Bennett, Columbia, KY, to conduct inspections when Neat is not available. The chart above is the approved rate for inspections. Funds and records will be turned over to the Adair County CJE's office, which will archive the records and pay Mr. Neat 90% of the collections, with 10% retained for record keeping by the court.
