(Ad) Election 2014: Eric Antle for Adair County Jailer
2014-02-10 - Columbia, KY - Photo Campaign Photo.
Vote for Eric Antle, Republican Candidate for Adair County Jailer
Hello, my name is Eric Antle-
I am excited to announce that I am running for office of Adair County Jailer.
I have worked at the Adair County Jail as your Chief Deputy under the jailer for the last 6 years and in corrections for over 20 years.
Prior to corrections I worked for EMS and as a supervisor on a psychiatric unit. I have experience working with numerous different county officials that is needed to function as the jailer. I have the privilege of working with the current jail staff that bring valuable experience to the table.
Problems arise at all times of the day and night at the jail and your jailer needs to be easily accessible. I am there and have been there for the jail, I hope to continue to be there for several years to come. I have worked with previous jailers on efforts to save the tax payers of Adair County, and I am aware that this is an everyday struggle. I will continue to seek out ways to save our county money and make our jail safe for inmates and the community alike.
With your help, I hope to continue to serve the people of Adair County in the new role as your jailer. The only promises I will make is that I will do my best to run the jail with respect and dignity, to continue to treat people as I want to be treated and hopefully assist the inmates with rehab so that they may serve as functional members of society. At the jail we are currently running several beneficial programs such as: Life Skills, Celebrate Recovery, Church Services, and GED program. Most of these services are provided by volunteers from our community and these programs need to continue. I would like to seek out more programs to aid our inmate population to further develop their ability to succeed with life. I look forward to meeting the prior inmates out in our small community with smiles on their faces because they are proud of what they have become. This is the true reward of working at the jail, assisting the inmate in the change of their lives to succeed.
My wife and I are getting out in the county seeing people and hope to meet you all! We both care about the people of Adair County as this is our home. I would like to ask all of you for your vote and I am open to any questions or suggestions that you may have. I currently work fultime as Chief Deputy at the jail and I am spending every extra minute working to get your vote. I am available on my cell phone at 270-634-7652. Feel free to call me. Thank You for your time and I would appreciate your support.
My Experience:
- 20 years corrections experience
- Chief Deputy last 6 years
- Completed 12 week Academy at Jefferson County Corrections (not offered here)
- Member of Certified Emergency Response Team in Jefferson County
- 2+ years correctional experience with over 2000 inmates in Jefferson County
- ERIC ANTLE
Paid for by the candidate, Eric Antle
