Edmonton, Greensburg loans on Infrastructure Authority agenda

The Kentucky Infrastructure Authority (KIA) lists two area infrastructure loans on its Agenda for a full Board Meeting, Thursday, February 6, 2014, at 12pm noon CT/1pmET, at 1024 Capitol Drive, Suite 340, Frankfort, KY. Item No. 3, above is New Project/Action item for The City of Greensburg, Metcalfe County, KY for a loan of $83,813; Item No. 4 is New Project/Action Item for a a loan in the amount of $203,313 for the City of Edmonton, Metcalfe County, KY. According to the KIA website, "The Kentucky Infrastructure Authority (KIA) was created in 1988 to provide the mechanism for funding construction of local public works projects. KIA is continually growing and expanding its services. Through the various programs currently offered, KIA has become the answer for local financing needs. The Kentucky Infrastructure Authority is now administratively attached to DLG, the Department for Local Government."
