Before we heard from Hailey's snow experience, we contacted reliable operatives in Shelby County documentation of he situation there, as any similarly concerned grandparent would do. Wes Crawford of Kentucky's premier journalist/broadcaster family provided this picture of a neighborhood like Tillie's south of Main Street in Shelbyville, KY.
