East Adair Co. Water Tower II: What a difference a day makes

The tank is in the air.. This morning, December 19, 2013, the tank is in the air. It's the quickest I've ever seen one go up. Caldwell Tank Company, Louisville, KY, the contractors, had told the Columbia/Adair Utilities District that the tank would be up before December 31, and it is - 12 days ahead of schedule. The tank has a 300,000 gallon capacity. It will be online after the weather moderates so painting and final inspection can be completed.
