The Sky High Meringue may make one nostalgic for Angel's Cafe, of Elaine & Trilby years, or Kay Burton's confections, or most likely, the pies your mother made. This one was baked by Tish Paris at TaP's, who thought, rightly so, it merited hanging in the Epicurean Kentuckian gallery of yumptious desserts. She had a hard time deciding between the chocolate one she made and a sky high butterscotch twin peak of pie.
