The more it melts, the better it gets - The national dessert of Adair County (?), Blackberry Cobbler, actually can be improved upon. Served hot with cold ice cream melting on top, it gets better with each melting minute. One would think that the Dean of Adair County restauranteurs, Betty Ollestad herself, would have known every food dish there is, but she had to be first coaxed to sample the outrageous, wickedly rich concoction, and she admitted that it's absolutely, divinely delicious!
