2013-11-20 - 17165 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY - Photo CM staff photo. For some, it's just the right amount of Beef: An RLT, Ribeye, Lettuce, Tomato Sandwich with a thick slice of sweet white onion, as served at the Mustard Seed. The Ribeye is just about goldilocks - not so little it's meat as a condiment; not too much; it's just right. This one came from the Mustard Seed, where 4's and 8's are available, too. The tasty cut is being found on more and more in What's Cooking. Where there's the best selection and range of lunches and dinners today. Check them out.
