Epicurean Kentuckian: an Adair County Ribeye Steak Sandwich

2013-11-04 - 17165 Liberty RD, Columbia, KY - Photo CM staff staff. The Ribeye Steak Sandwich is a regular item at the Mustard Seed Country Store. Most prefer it neat, on rye or white bread. This one has thick slices of sweet white onion, garden fresh tomato, and fresh lettuce on a white bun. And if your preference is not medium, above, your Mustard Seed Chef will cook to order. Prices are very reasonable, too. The entree is served solo in a sandwich, as a 4 oz. or 8 oz. Ribeye Plate, and in combination with the restaurant's signature Chili/Baked Potato Bar. Pretty fancy eating for a country store.- EW
